They vary in creativity. Mostly, they are hand-written notes, but we do text or email sometimes. Sometimes it's a card or a note attached to a bottle of wine. I've written songs as my letter before and pulled out my guitar to sing the letter.
The point in this was to remind ourselves to take a little time (even if it's only once a week) to think romantically. No matter what we endure in life, we must always remember we're an "us".
